I am still absolutely obsessed with my friend Kim’s wedding this past weekend. I loved that she had music instead of orchestra pieces as she walked down the aisle with her father and back down with her husband (eep!).
For the dance party at the reception, there were some amazing modern love songs that we could actually dance to, as well as some songs that were inside jokes. Kim is all about Southern hospitality and always makes sure her guests are having a great time.
Here are a few of my Wedding picks (basically for my own non-exisitent wedding):
Walk down the Aisle: Just the Way You Are by Bruno Mars, Cover by The Piano Guys
Newlywed Walk: Home by Phillip Phillips
Wedding Party Introduction: Enter Sandman by Metallica (Go Hokies)
First Dance: Your Song by Elton John
Father-Daughter Dance: It’s for My Dad by Nancy Sinatra
Mother-Son Dance: The Biggest Fan by the Back Street Boys
Dance Party (Just a few of our inside jokes):
Party in the USA
Friends in Low Places
Can you believe this is a shot from her own wedding? I can see this on pinterest in the near future!
